Thank you for choosing our Wireless Guitar System. The product is designed for guitar for wireless connection. We have tried our best to provide you a low noise and latency. high sound quality(48KHz) and long transmission distance wireless device. Enjoy yourself with the wireless system.

Power Supply

The USB cable is mainly for charging. Please use this to connect to USB interface of your devices and make sure you use a qualified adapter. While charging, please make sure that the device is shut down to avoid the loss of electricity during charging, which will lead to longer charging time and Shorter battery life.

When the device is not use, please shut down in time to avoid continuous battery consumption

Connections

Please always turn off the power of the equipment when connecting or disconnecting with the guitar. It will help to prevent the damage cause to this product and other relevant equipment.

Interference

Operation is subject to the two following conditions: (1)this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2)this device must accept any. interference received, including the interference that may cause undesired operation.

Transmitter

① Signal in, connect to your electronic instrument such as electronic guitar and bass

② 280°rotating head, It is available for most of the music instruments

③ USB port for charging.

④ LED light

▉RED LED: LED light have two states

Light up: (1)when charging the device or (2)the power of the battery is running out

▉GREEN LED: LED light are available in three states

Light up: pairing successfully and the power of the battery is in good status.

Flash slowly: just turn on and but not in pairing status.

Flash fast: in paring status.

How to use

▉Plug in the transmitter to your guitar signal output port, and plug in the receiver to amplifier or pedal input port.

▉Turn on the power of transmitter and receiver devices. And you can see the LED lights of both are lit in green and flash slowly. That means the. devices are not paired.

▉Press and hold the pairing key of receiver. Then the LED lights will flash fast with the meaning of in pairing status; press and hold the pairing key of transmitter, After a short while, the lights of the both devices will turn to GREEN, That means the devices are paired successfully.

▉Please charge your transmitter or receiver via the USB port when the power is running out (LED light can not be lit or keep RED status).

▉Our wireless system can support: (1)6 pairs of devices work non-interference under the same circumstances and (2) One transmitter transmit signal to several receivers at the same time.

FAQ:

1. Q: Device cannot be powered on and doesn’t work.

A: If the device unused for a long time, or powered off during low battery but then doesn't charge in time. The battery enters into protection mode due to low battery, and you need to charge it and activate the battery.

2. Q: Device can be powered on, but cannot operate and no sound at all

A: Please check up whether the green LED is on, if the LED is flashing, then you need to pair the Transmitter and Receiver.

3. Q:Strange noise while in use.

A: There is quite strong electromagnetic interference, or the transmission distance is too far, and thus most communication data is lost. Please try o shorten the transmission distance.

4. Q: Device cannot be charged properly.

A: The lithium battery enters into protection if it's in low battery for a long time, therefore you need to charge it for over 10 minutes to activate the battery.

5. Q:This wireless Transceiver can multiple Receivers pick up from one Transmitter?

A: Yes. While pairing. First let all the Receivers enter into pairing status. then Transmitter enter into pairing status, when the pairing is finished, you can use 1 Transmitter with multiple Receivers.
